Lots on Offer at Bute Produce

We have a busy few months coming up, why not come and join us,

We have 13 raised communal raised growing beds at Bute Produce, they can be used

• Individually, or shared with two or three people
• Bute Produce will support you with advise
• Potential limited use of small poly tunnels
• Provision of some seeds (Parsnips, Kale, Savoy Cabbage and Beetroot)
• The individual must prepare the ground themselves and maintain their own plot
• Access outwith normal hours will be discussed with Person in charge at Garden

Seed Saving Workshop

We are running a Seed Savings Workshop on Monday 26th October, topics covered will include:

• Talk on Annuals and Biennials
• Variety of Seeds ready for Harvest
• Processing seeds harvested
• Envelope making
• Tomato seed gathering and processing
• Making seed tapes
• Seed storage and explanation

Grow your Own Workshop

Our next Grow your own workshops will take place at the beginning of January, dates are:

• 12/1/16, 19/1/16, 26/1/16 and 2/2/16
