This week we have radish, lettuce, chard and herbs that can be dug fresh for you when you come up to the garden, can you imagine as you are reading this the wonderful tastes of fresh lettuce and chard with radish through it, the radish has a slight peppery taste and just binds so many flavours together. Honestly mouth watering, add to that some potatoes which sadly aren’t ready yet but we have some others that you can purchase and melt some butter with them and add fresh herbs and what a wonderful meal you will have, all straight from the ground to your plate, no freezing or storing or transportation to any of the ingredients.
